Bryan + Emily | Historic Clifton Engagement Session | Clifton VA
Typically, I get nervous when meeting new people for the first time, but meeting Emily and Bryan was like meeting old friends and picking up where we had left off years ago. They are two of the most kind, genuine, and welcoming souls I have ever had the pleasure of getting to know. Their love and respect for each other shown throughout our time together, and they were constantly making each other smile and laugh. I'm also pretty sure that they are under cover models, because they completely rocked their engagement shoot!
Bryan and Emily met back in grade school, but were only acquaintances. Bryan and his family ended up moving away, and 10 years later, they reconnected via online dating (it really does work!) However, they didn't recognize each other until their first date! Two years later, Bryan wrote Emily a sweet love song, and proposed by singing it to her. Of course she said yes!
I am so looking forward to their spring-time wedding, and in the meantime, enjoy these photos from their lovely historic Clifton Virginia engagement session!
We started off in downtown Historic Clifton, and then made our way up to the church where Emily and Bryan will be getting married. There is also a cute little caboose down by the train tracks, so of course we had to stop and play on it!
Afterwards, we made our way to Emily's parents house. They have a gorgeous piece of property with tons of trees, and it was the perfect place to wrap up our evening together! Emily and Bryan are both literary majors, so their engagement session wouldn't be complete without a couple of classics! Be on the look out for more literary theme with their wedding!
