There was a man who, every year, would send his wife flowers for her birthday. As the years past, and in the event that he grew forgetful, the man set up an arrangement with the floral shop that his beloved wife would continue to receive flowers. As the couple grew elderly, a beautiful bouquet of flowers continued to arrive faithfully on her doorstep every year. Eventually, the old man passed away, leaving his beloved wife behind. That year on her birthday, there was a knock at the door. When the elderly woman opened the door, there stood the florist, with a beautiful bouquet of flowers.
Faithfully, with love. Always.
This was the story that Karoline, the owner of Faithful Flowers, told to me when I asked her how her business name came to be. Friends, I may have gotten a little misty eyes. But this faithfulness, reliability, honesty, and love is everything that Karoline pours into each piece of artwork she creates. Her most recent clients were no exception. I met Karoline at the House of Prayer in Richmond on Saturday to photograph a new floral design for her. This particular couple wanted to incorporate peacock feathers into their wedding day. But, not just any feathers. These feathers came from the couple's pet peacock, which they raised since a little fluff. Their beloved pet has since passed away, and this was their way of incorporating their special family member into their wedding day. I would say Faithful Flowers nailed it!
To any brides reading this, I would highly encourage you to get in touch with Karoline of Faithful Flowers. She goes that extra mile to make sure your florals have that extra caring, personalized touch. Faithfully, with love. Always.
The photographer at this wedding was extremely kind and gracious in allowing me to photograph Faithful Flowers work before the ceremony. Community over competition. Thank you.
